In 2014 I bought my loft in King West with Anne and had a wonderful experience! I’m an audio engineer and needed a space downtown that could both serve as my primary residence and accommodate a home recording studio. I had very specific requirements for the space, and factors that normally aren’t consequential were deal breakers for me (precise room dimensions, position of neighboring units and road noise just to name a few!). Anne was very patient and took all my needs into consideration when tailoring her search. After 6 months of searching Anne found me the perfect loft, a corner unit in a beautiful heritage live/work building, I couldn’t be happier! If I ever decide to move or buy another property I will absolutely be using her services again. Thank you!
